Anti-Spam Policy

This policy covers dalyscale.com and every domain owned or operated by Daly Scale, including the secondary domains we use for sending email (which redirect to this website).

No spam. Ever.

Daly Scale prohibits the use of unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to advertise this website or any Daly Scale domain. This applies to everyone: Daly Scale itself, and any contractor, affiliate, partner, or third party. We do not operate an affiliate program, and no third party is authorized to send email on behalf of Daly Scale or its domains. Any that did would be in violation of this policy.

How we use email

Daly Scale sends individual, one-to-one business correspondence — not bulk advertising. Every message we send follows these rules:

• Business addresses only. We write to individuals at businesses our services are relevant to, never to consumers or purchased bulk lists.
• Researched, not blasted. Each recipient is individually reviewed before any message is sent, and volume is kept low.
• Honest identity. Every message accurately identifies who it is from, uses a truthful subject line, and comes from a working, monitored reply address.
• Easy, permanent opt-out. Anyone can decline with a single reply. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
• No tricks. No misleading headers, no deceptive subjects, no harvested addresses, no dictionary attacks.

Report a violation

If you received an email that you believe violates this policy, forward it with full headers to dante@dalyscale.com. Every report is investigated by the founder personally, and the address involved is suppressed from all future contact.
